- Direct pharma and/or biotech industry experience
- Education in life sciences, molecular/cellular biology, neuroscience, or immunology-type of areas (PhD, MD preferred, and especially desirable after good experience base)
- Understanding of capital markets and financial common sense (CFA, MBA preferred)
- Equity research experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, preferably anchored around strategic advisory experience in the BioPharmaceutical industry
